question about CNPA awards Empty
PostSubject: question about CNPA awards   question about CNPA awards EmptyMon Jun 23, 2008 4:30 am

When I was a full-time newspaper reporter, one of my articles won a CNPA award. Now I am a freelance writer, but still contribute to newspapers. Could any of my freelance-written articles qualify for any future CNPA awards, even though I am no longer a full-time employee? My editor suggested I contact you and ask.

Hi, Cat:

It has happened on occasion.

For example, a freelancer won in the Writing category a couple of years ago.

The newspaper needs to enter the work in the BNC.
