If you have students, interns, or post-college grads working in your newsroom find out what their strengths or weaknesses are in the changing media landscape. Can they help with things like audio or video for your website? Are they strictly reporters? Also, what experiences or knowledge did they gain from school that feel is helpful now in the workplace, and what areas were lacking?

I am curious to find out if young journalists growing up in the digital age are better prepared to handle the changing media landscape than the seasoned journalists who are taking on new and different jobs...

Perhaps your young journalists can get on the forum and post for themselves!
