Are non-profits required to put their tax ID number in their ads? If so, can you give me a copy of the code that I may give to my sales people?

After some emails with the advertising dapartment and the lawyers, I have an answer:

There is no law that generally requires non-profits to post their tax IDs. That is unlike to change any time in the future; it would be the equivalent of being required to post a social security number.
